4. Summer Sale and Promotions
Items purchased during our Summer Sale and other promotional periods are subject to limited stock. We reserve the right to cancel orders should a technical error result in overselling or in the event of a pricing error. Where an order is cancelled for any of these reasons, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Promotional pricing is valid only for the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders lost as a result of an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned with all original tags and the hygiene seal fully intact.
