Refund and Return Policy – SHADEVY

At SHADEVY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we operate across Europe, our Return and Refund Policy strictly complies with European Union consumer protection laws, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer protection rules, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, received the physical package. You do not need to provide any justification or face any penalties within this timeframe.

2. Return Eligibility and Conditions

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, the items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all protective films, cases, tags, and documentation.
  • You must provide the proof of purchase or order number.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a partial refund if the item shows signs of wear, usage, or alteration from its original state.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@shadevy.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your full name, order number, and the specific items you wish to return.
  3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

In accordance with EU regulations, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, the customer is responsible for paying the direct costs of shipping the return package back to our facilities. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 10 to 14 business days.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Because we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, there are no original shipping costs to be refunded. Please remember that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at contact@shadevy.com with clear photographs of the product and its packaging. In these instances, we will cover all return shipping fees and send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
