1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times are separate from the shipping times.

2. Free Standard Shipping & Delivery Times

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping to all our active European markets. We partner with trusted local and international carriers (such as DHL, bpost, PostNord, Poste Italiane, and others) to ensure a reliable delivery experience.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • Standard Delivery: 6 to 12 business days.
  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 30 days.

*Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. These times are to be used as a guide only and may be subject to variations due to local postal services or customs clearance processes.

3. Maximum Delivery Guarantee

While the vast majority of orders arrive within the 6-12 business day window, unexpected delays (such as rigorous customs inspections, strikes, or severe weather conditions) can occasionally occur. If your order does not arrive within our maximum delivery timeframe of 30 days from the shipping date, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement shipment. If this occurs, please contact our support team.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the initial transit status.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Because we ship internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (such as VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, SHADEVY is not responsible for these charges. They are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding potential import fees.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are strictly responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to collect the package from a local pickup point, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the external packaging. If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier before delivery, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
